By purchasing any drawing from me you agree to these following terms

Artist & Customer Rights

ㅤㅤ・Artist rightsㅤ
- As an artist I have the rights to post any process of work to my social media! (Such as - processes of nsfw versions for adoptables, commission stages of work, YCH's and others)
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ・To make the order completely private, you need to pay 20% extra of the final price
ㅤ
- In a situation where I am waiting more than 2 days for a response from the customer - the deadline is frozen until the customer responds. That is, the deadline can be increased, it's all negotiable!- When working with me, I send you about once every 2 - 4 days stage of work, and wait for your response to realize that some changes are needed or not needed, in simple terms, for edits.

- Feel free to post the drawing to your social networks - but tag me as an artist.
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ・ as long as it doesn't involve commerce and all that goes with it, all described below

About Commissions, YCH's:

- The drawing may NOT be used for commercial purposes, unless we have agreed in advance ! Price is also negotiable!
- No Refunds!
- About edits - at the sketch stage any changes are free!
ㅤ・ At later stages small edits are also free! Client has 2 free big edits -w-
ㅤ・ if you need extra big changes it comes at an additional cost - 5$ each one.
- I'll be sending the process during the order! So we can adjust everything as you want!
- I will start working after full prepayment
- I have the right to decline any commission before payment

About Adoptables:

- You can use the character however you want, commission drawings from me or other artists.
- You can change the characters as you want: name, gender, height, weight - whatever you like.
- Information about the auction, or other details are always in the auction description!
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ・ as long as it doesn't involve commerce and all that goes with it, all described below ・

About commercial use:

- This right gives you the ability to use the character or drawing from me in VTubing, Video games, webcomics, merchandising and other.
ㅤ・ In other words, you can use the character wherever you can make a profit.
- Mention me as an artist, a creator of design !
- Under my auctions is always listed the price for which you can get a character with commercial use!
ㅤ・ If you have already bought a character from me without commercial use,
ㅤㅤand want to use it commercially - text me in discord so we can discuss everything! :>
- In other words, you get ALL the rights to the character.

- ToS may change with time!

ㅤ・About Deadline - It all depends on the complexity of your idea, most often the deadline is no more than 4 weeks. That is 1 - 4 weeks, I will definitely tell you before payment what the exact deadline is! (and if you need it much faster, we can discuss for an additional fee)
